Huawei Symantec Oceanspace S2600 is a storage product for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with some great features.

Intermixing of SSD/SATA/SAS in one disk shelf is scalable to 96 disks with dual-controller and 7 disks.

IntFlexible Host Connections supports 8x FC or 8x iSCSI or 4x FC(8Gb/4Gb)+4x iSCSI host connections, saving costs by:

  • The direct attachment of the SAN storage and 4x Server without fibre channel switches

  • Convergence of the IP SAN and FC SAN, working for the performance-demanding database application and ordinary backup application

  • Overall data protection by Dynamic LUN expansion, snapshot and remote replication

  • Energy saving brought by disk spindown

  • Supported raid configurations RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10
